2026 Mars Retrograde
Retrograde motion is geocentric — the moment is the same everywhere, shown here in New Delhi's local time.
Retrograde (Vakri) is an apparent backward motion of a planet across the zodiac, as seen from Earth — an optical effect of relative orbital speeds, not an actual reversal in space. In Vedic astrology it's traditionally considered a time to review, revisit and reconsider matters ruled by that planet, rather than start new ones.
